SAMPU VIỆT NAM Located on the west bank of the Xiangjiang River in Changsha, a historic and cultural city in China, this project is situated within the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University—a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and a comprehensive Class-A tertiary hospital. This marks the second mechanical parking garage project our company has delivered for the institution.
Tailored to site-specific conditions, we engineered an underground multi-level plane movable parking system that utilizes zero surface land space, dramatically improving the hospital’s parking capacity while minimizing land use. The structure spans two sub-levels on Basement Level 2 (B2) and two sub-levels on Basement Level 3 (B3), covering a total site area of approximately 5,049.72 square meters. Across these four underground levels, the facility provides over 500 parking spaces. Equipped with more than 10 entrance/exit bays, users can flexibly select convenient access points, achieving an average wait time of under one minute. The garage is built with multiple safety features and real-time operational monitoring systems. Its completion successfully resolves campus parking bottlenecks, enhances vehicle retrieval efficiency, and optimizes the overall user experience.
